Mt. Hope: Police search for missing mother and toddler amid custody interference incident

The NYPD is asking for the public's help in locating the missing toddler and her mother, seen in the video and attached photos. They said the mother is being sought in connection with a custody interference incident.

46th Precinct police said that on Thursday, June 27, the 19-year-old mother visited her 1-year-old daughter and ran away with her. They said the missing child was last seen with her mother on Thursday, June 27, at around 1:15 p.m., at 1780 Grand Concourse in the Mt. Hope neighborhood.

They said the infant was described as a black female with brown eyes, was about 2 feet tall and weighed about 30 pounds. They said she was last seen in a gray stroller, wearing blue shorts, a blue T-shirt with character designs on it and blue Nike Jordan sneakers.

Police said the missing child is identified as Khloe Jackson, and her mother, the woman being sought, is identified as 19-year-old Kaylah Jackson.

Kaylah Jackson is described as female, has dark complexion and dark hair, is approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs approximately 120 pounds. She was last seen wearing a pink shirt, blue shorts and black croc sandals, and was carrying a gray backpack.
