Motorcyclist who died in 82nd Avenue crash identified

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Police identified the victim in a fatal motorcycle accident This happened on Southeast 82nd Avenue in Portland on June 14.

Authorities say Devin Ratliff, 40, was speeding south on his motorcycle along 82nd Avenue when he struck the driver's side of a Honda CRV as he attempted to exit Southeast Mitchell Street.

Officers responded to the scene just north of Southeast Foster Road around 12:40 p.m. and found Ratliff already deceased at the scene. The driver of the car involved in the crash remained at the scene to assist police with their investigation.

No arrests have been made in the incident.
