Monster Hunter Wilds Trailer Showcases New Monsters, Updated Weapons, Series-Best Graphics, and Bonuses for World and Iceborne Players

A new trailer for Monster Hunter Wilds, somewhat confusingly dubbed the “1st Trailer” despite being the second trailer counting the reveal, released during the State of Play PlayStation May 2024 display case, and damn, it looks good.

The trailer opens with some oddly earnest narrative crumbs that seem to hint at a missing persons case orbiting a child named Nata. Our hunter, accompanied by the new mistress Alma and the blacksmith Gemma, for whom the Internet will surely be completely normal and calm, soon sets out to bring down two new great monsters, the iconic sword in hand.
