Monroe County Sheriff's Deputies Find Stolen Jeep at Dundee Dealership

DUNDEE — Monroe County sheriff's deputies responding to a burglary alarm at a Dundee car dealership early Wednesday made an unexpected discovery.

Deputies discovered that the Williams Brothers Dodge Chrysler Ram dealership on North Ann Arbor Road had been burglarized, but they also found an additional vehicle on the lot, Monroe County Sheriff Troy Goodnough said.

Around 5 a.m. Wednesday, Monroe County Central Dispatch received an alarm activation at the dealership, Goodnough said in a news release. The first deputy arrived on scene a few minutes later and found a break-in. Additional deputies arrived and searched the property. A 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee abandoned in the parking lot was found, recently stolen from an Imlay City dealership. No suspects have been located.
