A woman who died Sunday in a fatal crash near the 215 Beltway has been identified as Samyia Johnson. She was 45 years old.

Her three children survived the crash, according to a GoFundMe organized to help pay their medical bills. “It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Samyia Johnson,” the page reads.

All three children were transported to a local hospital, Nevada State Police said. The children are said to be in stable condition.

After the accident, which occurred on Sunday around 9:45 p.m. and involved a single vehicle, police closed the scene to investigate the accident, according to a press release.
