The harrowing clip shows a young man, who police identified as a juvenile, backing up on a couch as the attacker points at him and asks in a threatening tone:

“You think I’m playing with you, bro?”

He violently hits the young man in the head, who tries to protect himself with his arms.

A male voice behind the camera can be heard saying “Tony, Tony”, as the attacker continues to assault the young man.

“Shut your mouth or I’ll kill you,” replies the attacker, pointing to the person behind the camera while grabbing the young man’s hair.

“Don’t move, don’t move,” he said as he punched and kicked the victim.

The attacker then drags the young man, silently moaning in distress, by the hair from the couch and toward a coffee table, sending dirty plates and leftover food crashing to the floor.

The “fighter” continues to drag the helpless man in front of the camera, still grabbing him by the hair while calling him a “little shit.”

The victim, reddened by the incessant blows to the head, is then thrown backwards by the throat to the ground, where the attacker stands over them.

“Are you going to the cops?” threatens.

“No, brother,” replies the young man, lying in a fetal position below him.

The attacker slowly turns to the camera, threatening “I told you, any of you f——“, before violently slapping the victim in the face one last time.

“If the cops call, you’re dead,” he told the young man.

The video was shared by self-proclaimed comedian and social media personality Kevin D Wise and has been shared almost 30,000 times since it was posted two days ago.

The alleged attack has since been posted on a fighting forum, although there is no official confirmation that the man is a professional fighter.

A fake Twitter account was also created in Tony Cojocaro's name, shaming him for his alleged actions in the video.

The local police department, West Deptford Police, in the United States, confirmed they were aware of the brutal acts shown in the video.

“We want to assure the public that this matter is being thoroughly investigated and that both parties seen in the video have been identified,” the department said in a statement on Facebook.

“We have ensured that the minor in the video is safe and in no danger at this time.

“Once this investigation is complete, we will release information regarding the results of the investigation.”

A Facebook page called The People vs Tony Cojocaru was created to draw attention to the video and “stop the harassment.”

A commenter on the page claimed he had also been a victim of Cojocaru.

“This scar on my knuckle is from his tooth about seven years ago. He's not a badass, he only picks on people much younger than him,” the user wrote with a photo of his joint.

It is unclear when the alleged assault took place or if any arrests were made following the incident.

Yahoo7 has reached out to the original poster of the video for comment.
