This gives those of us who are newly elected the opportunity to ask questions that we may not have the answers to. We have a lot of experience and many sheriffs who have been sheriffs for many years. Today we had the opportunity to gain knowledge from these sheriffs.

The conference also allows vendors to sell the latest law enforcement technology, uniforms and more. He also brings in several guest speakers while hosting events throughout the week.
