Mission District stabbing follows Potrero Hill shooting

A man was injured in a shooting Tuesday morning in San Francisco's Potrero Hill neighborhood; another man was stabbed in the Mission District Tuesday evening, and the suspects in both crimes remain at large.

There was a shooting around 1 a.m. Tuesday near 25th and Connecticut streets. The victim, police said, was a man in his 30s who was standing outside at the time.

The victim was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police did not say whether any suspects had been identified.

Tuesday evening around 6 p.m., there was a stabbing in the area of ​​15th and Valencia streets, as reported by KRON4 via the SFPD.

Police arrived and found the victim suffering from stab wounds that were later deemed non-life threatening.

A suspect fled and remains at large.
