MISSING: Man with dementia, 88, last seen east of downtown

Johnnie Capps was last seen Sunday in Jefferson, near Telephone Road, according to the Houston Police Department.

HOUSTON — The Houston Police Department is asking the public to be on the lookout for a missing 88-year-old man. Johnnie Capps is said to suffer from dementia.

He was last seen Sunday in the 5100 block of Jefferson, near Telephone Road, according to the Houston Police Department.

Capps is 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 190 pounds and has blue eyes. He has brown hair and is partially bald. They don't know what he was wearing.

No further details have been released.
