Missing Lake Elmo woman, 71, found safe, police say

UPDATE (May 24, 2024): TThe missing person alert for the 71-year-old Lake Elmo woman has been officially canceled by the Washington County Sheriff's Office. She was found safe and sound. LAKE ELMO, Minnesota. — Authorities in Lake Elmo are asking for the public's help in locating a missing 71-year-old woman.

Authorities say she left her Lake Elmo residence on foot around 5 p.m. on May 23 and never returned.

Police said she was last seen wearing a white shirt with dark horizontal stripes, black shoes and black pants. She is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds.

Anyone who has seen Brogren or knows of her whereabouts is asked to call 911 or contact the Washington County Sheriff's Office at 651-439-9381.
