(NewsNation) — A Kansas mother who was allegedly forced to go to a “religious rehabilitation center” in Mexico has been located, authorities said.

The Haskell County Sheriff's Office announced Monday that Martha Unger, 23, was “safe.” However, no details have been released about where she was found or the condition of her children.

The Kansas Bureau of Investigation has issued a missing person advisory for Unger and her two daughters, 2-year-old Madilynn Grace Unger and 1-year-old Haylie Faith Unger. All three were reported missing from their Haskell County home shortly before 7 p.m. Friday.

“Investigators believe they may have been forced to travel to Mexico to a religious rehabilitation center with Corney and Elizabeth Klaasen,” the KBI said.

Authorities have not released any additional details about Corney or Elizabeth Klaasen.

The investigation into the circumstances surrounding Unger's disappearance is ongoing, according to the sheriff's office.
