Missing 3-year-old girl reported in Georgia, last seen in KCMO

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – An endangered person advisory for a missing person from Georgia is now connected to Kansas City, Mo.

Missouri State Highway Patrol officials said the Bibb County Sheriff's Office issued an endangerment advisory for 3-year-old Zaryiah Storto-Shell.

The missing girl was last seen with Rahim Mims, 34, who is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 135 pounds.

MSHP said Mims was driving a black 2007 Ford Explorer with Missouri license plate JK8X7t. The vehicle was last seen at the QuikTrip at 6551 E. Front Street in Kansas City, Missouri, on July 3.

Storto-Shell is 3 years old and has black hair. She was last seen wearing a beige t-shirt with “love” and a white flower, and blue denim shorts. She has pink beads in her hair.

The MSHP said that after an outing approved by the child's mother, the suspect did not return the child.

Anyone who sees the missing person, suspect, associate or vehicle, or anyone with information regarding the missing person in danger should immediately call 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the Bibb County Sheriff's Office at 478-751-7500.
