Missing 18-year-old girl may have been kidnapped, 3 suspects in SUV

Authorities are asking the public to keep an eye out for a missing 18-year-old woman, saying there is evidence of physical endangerment, kidnapping or abduction.

The NC Center for Missing Persons has issued an Ashanti Alert for Tierstan Cochran. This type of alert is intended to quickly disseminate important information about a missing person between the ages of 18 and 64, who does not fall under the traditional Amber or Silver alert.

Cochran is described as 5 feet tall and 120 pounds. She is white and has long black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing sweatpants and a t-shirt.

Three suspects have been described in connection with his disappearance.

The first suspect is a white male, weighing 150 pounds and standing 5'10″.

The second suspect is a black man weighing 150 pounds and approximately 5'10″ tall. He is described as having streaks of hair.

The third suspect is a white female, 5'4″ tall and weighing approximately 140 pounds. She was described as having “no shoes.”

Cochran was last seen on Birchwood Way in Fayetteville, and she may be heading to Tennessee. She was last seen heading north.

People are asking to keep an eye out for a gray SUV carrying people matching these descriptions.
