Missing 15-year-old girl last seen in Hope Mills neighborhood, deputies say

HOPE MILLS, N.C. (WNCN) — Deputies are asking the public for help finding a missing teenager, the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office said Wednesday.

According to investigators, Jennifer Carr, 15, was last seen around 12:30 a.m. Monday on Calhoun Court in Hope Mills.

They said she was reported missing Tuesday and had not yet been found.

Deputies said Carr was 5'5 tall, weighed approximately 120 pounds and had brown hair and brown eyes.

They said she was last seen wearing a gray shirt, black shorts and black Crocs.

Carr is known to frequent the Gray's Creek area, according to the sheriff's office.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact Youth Services Detective J. Washington at (910) 677-5502 or the After Hours Watch Commander at (910) 677-5432.
