Miramar police search for suspects after deadly drive-by shooting – NBC 6 South Florida

Police are searching for two suspects in a drive-by shooting that left a man dead a day after his 20th birthday.

Jameel Blemur, 23, is wanted for first-degree murder, Miramar police said. He is accused of the murder of Ernst Valcourt, 20, on March 19.

The shooting happened around 11:45 a.m. outside a home in the 3200 block of Southwest 66th Way. Aerial footage from Chopper 6 showed a white Bentley riddled with bullet holes in the home's driveway.

Police said Valcourt did not live at the home and was visiting people he knew there. He is believed to have been shot while in or near the Bentley.

The FBI previously said it was seeking Zacahary Sloan Thelusma, 22, for his alleged involvement in the shooting. He was charged with first degree murder with a firearm on May 2 and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of either suspect should call Miramar Police at 954-493-TIPS.
