According to the criminal complaint, police went to an address on Wolfe Drive in Holmen to try to locate Yahnke, who was wanted by Onalaska police for indecent exposure. Upon making contact with Yahnke at the rear door of the residence, police detected the odor of marijuana coming from inside.

Police obtained a search warrant and reportedly found a jar containing more than 200 grams of marijuana, 28 plastic containers containing starter mushrooms suspected of containing psilocybin, 50 packages of THC gummies each containing 38 grams of THC, several mason jars containing mushrooms, a large box of glass bongs, four marijuana plants and a grow system with exhaust, fans and poles.

The complaint says the Onalaska incident occurred on June 22. A woman told police that Yahnke stood next to her at Menard's, exposed himself and touched himself in her presence. She told police she left the premises pretending not to notice anything and then reported the incident to reception.

Menard's employees said video surveillance confirmed Yahnke's presence in the store. The complaint says the video shows Yahnke “fondling her shorts” elsewhere in the store, but no video of the incident in question was available.

Yahnke was released on $5,000 bail. His next hearing is scheduled for July 23.
