Migrant stabbed outside New York shelter after sitting on attacker's moped

A 22-year-old migrant was stabbed Thursday outside a Brooklyn shelter — all because he was sitting on his attacker's electric moped, sources said.

Cristian Concepcion, 25, allegedly broke down when he spotted another resident sitting on his moped outside the shelter on Hall Street and Flushing Avenue, near the Brooklyn Navy Yard, according to sources.

An argument between the two migrants escalated when Concepcion allegedly plunged a knife twice into the man's chest around 12:15 p.m., police and sources said.

“It was a whole argument over territory or scooters,” a police source told the Post.

The victim was rushed by paramedics to NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital in serious but stable condition.

Concepcion, who sources said emigrated from Venezuela, was arrested and charged with assault, criminal possession of a weapon and making threats.

His arraignment was pending Thursday evening.
