Maniac admitted stabbing tourist mother in Times Square, repeatedly told cops 'fuck you': court documents

The madman accused of stabbing a tourist mother on a school trip to Times Square has admitted to a terrifying stabbing – as he unleashed a foul-mouthed rant at cops and demanded they give him cigarettes, according to court records.

“Fuck you,” Cyril Destin, 61, allegedly told officers who ordered him to drop the knife as they responded to the May 11 random attack at West 43rd Street and Eighth Avenue, according to documents.

The alleged attacker repeated the expletives at least 10 times, before shouting “bye, homies,” at the cops, according to court documents, citing police body camera footage.

Later, at the Midtown South Precinct, Destin appeared to be talking to himself, demanded Newport cigarettes and even told a police officer to take off his clothes, according to court documents.

“I didn’t mean to stab that lady. I don't stab women in the street. I didn’t want to stick the knife in him,” he allegedly blurted out to the cops after his arrest.

“Who the hell are these people Cyril… So don’t talk to me then… You’re not making me look at a damn thing.” You hear me? Take your fucking clothes off,” the unhinged man said, according to court documents. “Fuck… Keep that fucking mother away from me… You're still touching me, aren't you. You want to touch me more… Relax, damn it.

The court documents – which allege Destin made three separate statements to police confessing to the videotaped stabbing – were filed while he was charged with second-degree assault, attempted first-degree assault and criminal possession of 'a weapon.

Destin pleaded not guilty to the charges Monday in Manhattan Supreme Court.

He is accused of stabbing Amber Lohr, a 36-year-old mother of five, as she, her daughter and students left a souvenir shop near Carrefour du Monde.

Surveillance footage allegedly showed Destin using a walker to exit Port Gourmet Deli before sitting down for a minute, only to lunge at the unsuspecting victim with a large knife.

She was treated for a stab wound to the chest at Bellevue Hospital.

The victim's husband, John Lohr, told the Post that his wife was chaperoning a group of schoolgirls on a school trip to western Pennsylvania when she was attacked.

“Not only did my wife receive the stab, but she should also be considered a hero by staying in front of the children and teaching them to step back without looking back,” he said.

Destin lived in a shelter across the street from the scene of the attack and has a criminal record dating back two decades, including arrests for threats, trespassing and theft, law enforcement sources said.

The defendant did not need a walker for his brief court appearance. Prosecutors told Judge Curtis Farber they recommended a potential deal of seven years in prison. Destin pleads guilty to the main charge.

He is due back in court on September 9.
