Man, teen arrested in deadly gang shooting on Foxpoint Trail | News

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) — Police have arrested two more people in connection with a deadly gang shooting on Foxpoint Trail in September.

On Wednesday, investigators arrested and charged Corrion Parks, 21, of Fort Wayne, and a 17-year-old boy, with murder, attempted murder, battery with a deadly weapon and criminal gang activity.

The teen's name has not been released because he is being charged as a juvenile.

They are now the third and fourth suspects charged in the shooting that killed 18-year-old Ayvion Parker and injured his younger brother at the Villa Capri Apartments on September 12.

In January, police arrested Terrance Sanders Jr., 18, and Christopher Recht, 19, on the same charges.

Police say Recht and Sanders were members of a gang that clashed with Parker's gang.

As of Wednesday evening, police had not released the roles of Parks and the teen in the shooting.

They say both were arrested without incident. Parks was taken to the Allen County Jail and the teen is being held at the Allen County Juvenile Center.
