Man sentenced to probation for drawing swastikas at Millersville University

A man was sentenced to probation for drawing swastikas in a residence hall at Millersville University in Lancaster County last year. Ethan Rosencrans, 21, of Harrisburg, will serve 40 hours of community service, undergo a mental health evaluation and must maintain full-time employment. According to charging documents, Rosencrans told police he did not mean to target Jews and that he was sorry. Police said students at the East Village residence hall reported finding a swastika drawn on a sidewalk and another drawn inside an elevator.
