Man killed in Wilmington on July 4 identified by police

Police say Harris was in the 900 block of Lombard Street when he was shot around 1:05 a.m.

Responding officers found him, but police said he died from his injuries.

Harris is the ninth person to be shot and killed in Wilmington this year.
