Man killed in Chinatown stabbing, Vancouver police say

Vancouver police say a homicide investigation is underway after a man was found stabbed in Chinatown early Wednesday morning.

Officers found the man alive when they arrived on Union Street, east of Main Street, just before 3:30 a.m. PT, the Vancouver Police Department (VPD) said in a news release Press.

But the 32-year-old man died before he could be transported to a hospital, police said.

Police said investigators will be in the area throughout the day collecting evidence and are asking for witnesses or anyone with dashcam video who were in the area of ​​Main and Union streets between midnight and 3:30 a.m. to contact them.
