Man injured in Jersey City stabbing

Jersey City police are investigating a stabbing incident early Sunday morning that left a man injured.The incident happened around 3:55 a.m. near 18 Oak Street.

Police were called to the scene following reports of a stabbing. When they arrived, they discovered a man bleeding.

The victim said she was attacked by a woman brandishing a sharp object as she got out of her car. According to reports, the attacker began attacking her without provocation.

The injured man was quickly transported to a local hospital for treatment.

For the moment, the motive for the attack remains unclear and police are investigating all possibilities, including whether the incident could be linked to domestic violence.

No arrests have been made in connection with this attack and police are continuing their investigation into the circumstances of this violent altercation.
