Man hospitalized after stabbing on White Ln

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A man was hospitalized Thursday evening after being stabbed in southwest Bakersfield, police said.

The stabbing happened on June 13 at the intersection of White Lane and Gosford Road, shortly after 9 p.m. A heavy police presence was observed in response to the incident.

The Bakersfield Police Department said the victim suffered moderate injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Police have not released a description of a possible suspect or suspects. No arrests have been made.
