Man hospitalized after stabbing in southeast Fresno, police say

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) — A man was hospitalized after being stabbed in southeast Fresno Wednesday evening.

The stabbing occurred around 5:20 p.m. in the area of ​​Cesar Chavez Boulevard, formerly known as Kings Canyon, and Clovis Avenue.

Fresno police said the man argued with the suspect before the stabbing.

The man was transported to a local hospital and is expected to recover.

The suspect was arrested by officers on scene.
