Man found with bulletproof vest and weapons arrested in New York

A man carrying weapons, body armor and suspicious writing was arrested June 12 during a traffic stop in Queens, New York.

According to NBC News, the man was arrested and taken into custody around 4:30 a.m., and an investigation was launched into whether he had emotional problems and why he was heavily armed.

Authorities did not know where he was going or what his intentions were, including whether he was participating in a terrorist act.
