    Baltimore, MD – In the early hours of today, at approximately 1:49 a.m., Southwest District Patrol Officers were dispatched to the 2700 block of West Franklin Street in response to a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, they located a 26-year-old male victim suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite immediate medical attention, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
