Man found dead in Two Rivers Harbor identified

The man found in Two Rivers Harbor has been identified.

Two fishermen discovered Joshua J. Donaher, 40, of Two Rivers on Sunday at the convergence of the East and West Twin Rivers.

Two Rivers Police Capt. Andrew Raatz said police and the Manitowoc County Coroner's Office are actively investigating the cause and manner of death.

The public does not appear to be in danger, but they are not releasing any further details at this time.

There was also no clear evidence at that time of foul play.
