Man dies after stabbing in Redford Township, police say

Police were called around 3:40 p.m. Sunday to a home on Indian Street, near Seven Mile Road, for reports of a dispute between neighbors, authorities said in a news release.

They arrived and found a man who appeared to have been the victim of a stabbing and a suspect, officials said.

Officers said the suspect cooperated and was taken into custody without incident.

Police said the victim died from his injuries.

Detectives said the investigation into the incident is ongoing and they have no further information to release.
