Man charged with stabbing grandparents in Mississippi

GULFPORT, Miss. (WJTV) – A man has been arrested for allegedly stabbing his grandparents in Mississippi.

Gulfport police said they responded to the crime scene in the 400 block of Glen Valley Way just after 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 3. They found two victims with multiple stab wounds.

Police say Jordan Keith Campbell, 23, entered a bedroom and stabbed his grandmother multiple times. When his grandfather tried to defend her, police say he was also stabbed by Campbell.

Campbell was arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated domestic assault. He was booked into the Harrison County Adult Detention Center and is being held on $500,000 bail.
