Man charged with indecent exposure outside McDonald's

File photo.

A local man has been arrested following an alleged molestation incident at the McDonald's on New Falls Road in the Levittown section of Bristol Township.

On Saturday, May 18, police responded to a call about a man who allegedly exposed himself while waiting for his food outside the restaurant.

An officer responded and spoke with an employee who reported that a man in a gray SUV had his genitals exposed when an employee delivered his food, police said.

The employee provided contact information for a witness, who was reached by telephone.

The witness described the man as sitting inside the gray SUV, wearing a green shirt and black pants. She said she delivered the food to the SUV and noticed the man had his “penis, pubic hair and everything” exposed, police said.

The suspect was identified last week by police as a 55-year-old resident of the Levittown section of the township.

The man was charged with indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and open lewdness. He was arraigned preliminarily before on-call District Judge Maggie Snow and released on $10,000 unsecured bail.
