Man arrested on suspicion of first-degree arson and criminal attempt to commit first-degree murder – Canon City Daily Record

600 pieces. from Rudd Avenue, Geoffrey Vickers, 27 years old, was arrested for first-degree arson, criminal attempt to commit first-degree murder and menacing with a deadly weapon. According to court records, officers went to a home on Rudd Avenue for a report of a verbal disturbance. A family member entered his bedroom to discuss house rules when he allegedly shouted, threw his phone and hit his television. He then allegedly grabbed a large torch, lit it, held it near the bed and threatened to set the house on fire. When he was arrested, he extinguished the torch and began swinging it at the individuals in the room like a club.

1500 pieces. of Rosedale Lane, Dakota Miller, 39 years old, of Florence, was arrested for violating a restraining order.

1400 bl. from Main Street, Michael Sizemore, 20 years old, was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant.

1400 bl. from Main Street, Lila Webb, 19 years oldwas arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant.

700 pieces. from 9th Street South, Christophe Martin, 24 years old, was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant.

South 9th Street and Vine Street, Andrew Seymour, 34of Denver, received a summons for driving under restraint.

2400 bl. from Central Avenue, Anna Tice, 43 years oldwas arrested for making a false statement to authorities.

North 5th Street and Main Street, Robert Coulter, 53 years old, was arrested for unlawful possession of a List 1 or 2 amphetamine, unlawful possession of opium or List 1 or 2 derivatives and possession of drug paraphernalia.

300 pieces. from 16th Street North, Stéphanie Schapp, 44 years old, was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant.

2500 pieces. from 5th Street North, David Gilfillan, 33, was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant.
