Man arrested in New Haven for stabbing

New Haven, CT/WTIC Radio – New Haven police have made an arrest in connection with a fatal stabbing over the weekend.

Antwine Mike, 48, of New Haven, is charged.

Officers say they were alerted by hospital staff in the early hours of Saturday morning of a gunshot victim who was presenting for treatment.

It turns out that 47-year-old Travis James was stabbed during an altercation at a Sam's Mart on Whalley Avenue.

Mike is accused of murder.
