A man was arrested in Miami Beach after allegedly forcing women into prostitution and selling drugs, police said.

Omar Bey, 32, was arrested Sunday on several charges, including human trafficking, coercion or coercion into prostitution and drug possession, records show.

According to an arrest report, police discovered Bey last month after arresting a woman accused of trying to sell drugs and sex to an undercover detective.

Police responded to a stabbing call on Sunday and found a woman suffering from multiple injuries.

The woman said she had arrived a week earlier from New Orleans and met Bey, who began prostituting her for money and making her sell drugs, according to the report.

She told investigators that Bey traveled between Chicago and Miami, sold drugs on Ocean Drive and employed numerous other girls, according to the report.

Bey was found hiding under a black tarp on Pennsylvania Avenue and taken into custody, according to the report.

Officers discovered he had a warrant out for his arrest in Palm Beach on charges of grand larceny and fraud, according to the report.

Bey was imprisoned. Attorney information was not available.
