Man arrested for assault – KBSI Fox 23 Cape Girardeau News

PADUCAH, KY (KBSI) — A Hopkinsville man was arrested Friday evening for allegedly stabbing a man during an altercation.

Paducah police responded to Bloom Avenue after receiving a call about a stabbing. They found the victim at a local hospital where he was receiving treatment for non-life-threatening injuries from the incident. He informed detectives that he was arguing with John Parker and that during the fight he reported being stabbed by Parker.

Parker was in the area where the stabbing occurred and had a knife. He confirmed he was at the victim's home and admitted to stabbing the victim during a fight. He was arrested and charged with assault.
