Man arrested after series of stabbings of suspect in Connecticut, sources say

NOW A BODY WAS FOUND INSIDE A HOUSE ON SATURDAY, JUST A FEW HOURS BEFORE HANDLES LIVED ON THE SOUTH SHORE HERE IN MASSACHUSETTS, CONNECTICUT STATE POLICE WILL ONLY SAY A SUSPECT OF THIS DEATH IS IN CUSTODY IN MASSACHUSETTS. But our sources tell us the suspect is revered. NOW HERE'S WHAT WE LEARNED ABOUT HIM. HE IS 26 YEARS OLD, LIVES IN CHILMARK AND MARTHA'S VINEYARD. HERE IS HIS INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT, WHERE HE DESCRIBES HIMSELF AS AN ARTIST. We know he was also arrested in the Vineyard last month. We have obtained a copy of the police report on this incident. He says Reeves' father, Jason, called 911, told police that Jared, quote, had a mental breakdown and attacked him. OFFICERS ON SCENE stated that Jared, Quote appeared clearly intoxicated and began talking to us about absurd things and began foaming at the mouth as he spoke. THE POLICE WANTED THE HOSPITAL TO HOLD HIM INVOLUNTARY, BUT THEY WRITE THAT HE WAS EXAMINED BY A MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL AND DID NOT MEET THEIR STANDARDS TO BE DETAINED. NOW HE HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH ASSAULT, BATTERY AND DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY FOR THIS INCIDENT.
