Man and woman stabbed early morning in south Bakersfield: KCSO

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A man and woman were injured Tuesday morning in a stabbing in south Bakersfield, according to the Kern County Sheriff's Office.

KCSO deputies responded to the 1100 block of Cannon Ave., just north of E. Belle Terrace, for reports of a man suffering from stab wounds around 6:15 a.m.


On site, the police also discovered a woman who was slightly injured. Both victims were transported to a nearby hospital to receive medical treatment, according to the office.

The office said the investigation was ongoing and no one had been arrested. No suspicious information has been released.
