Mahoning Valley Anti-Human Trafficking Task Force Arrests Warsaw Man

YOUNGSTOWN — The Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force made 19 arrests in June following multiple investigations and sting operations. The suspects, aged 30 to 74, include a doctor, truck drivers, construction workers, landscapers and general laborers, according to a news release from the Ohio Attorney General's Office.

One of the arrested individuals is from Warsaw, the press release said.

Paul N. Miller, 30, was arrested June 27 by the Ohio Adult Parole Authority and booked into the Coshocton County Justice Center.

Miller was previously arrested in July 2022 by the Columbiana County Task Force and convicted of attempted forcible prostitution and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, fourth-degree felonies; and importuning and possession of criminal tools, fifth-degree felonies. He was sentenced to six months in prison and was designated a Level II sex offender.

While on parole, Miller attempted to purchase sexual services from an undercover task force officer, leading to his recent arrest, the release said. Miller is being held at the Coshocton Justice Center.

The mission of this task force, organized under the Ohio Attorney General's Organized Crime Investigation Commission, is to investigate and arrest those who seek to purchase sex and engage in to other sexual deviances, such as child pornography.
