Madison County Man Arrested for Alleged Child Sexual Exploitation

REXBURG – Police say a Madison County man was caught talking to minors online while on probation.

The Madison County Sheriff's Office reports that Draven A. Foster was arrested on five counts of sexual exploitation of a child on May 24.

He is currently in the Madison County Jail with bail set at $100,000. Authorities have not said when Foster will appear in court.

Even though Foster has been charged with a crime, it does not necessarily mean that he committed it. Everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
