Las Vegas sees 2 fatal accidents and 1 fatal stabbing over Memorial Day weekend | Homicides

Early Saturday morning, a Valley man died shortly after being found with stab wounds near a walking path by Metropolitan Police officers.

A woman died after a crash on the eastbound 215 Beltway near Jones Boulevard Sunday morning. Two other people were injured in the crash and taken to an area hospital, according to Nevada State Police.

A person also suffered life-threatening injuries after being intentionally struck by a vehicle near downtown Las Vegas Friday evening.

A 25-year-old pedestrian was killed after being struck by a vehicle early Memorial Day morning during a suspected drunken driving crash in the southwest valley, according to Las Vegas police.

Metro data also shows 71 people have died in fatal crashes so far this year.
