According to the criminal complaint, police were called June 4 to a Kwik Trip on Mormon Coulee Road, where a 16-year-old girl said she was afraid that a man she described as a “pimp” don't kill her. The girl said the man, later identified as Davis, hired her for sex on 15 different occasions. She said Davis became enraged after becoming convinced the girl was working for someone else.

The girl told police that Davis shared drugs with her and took incriminating videos of her. She said Davis connected her with clients primarily in La Crosse, but she also had sex with clients in Onalaska, Sparta, Tomah and Trempealeau.
