Knoxville woman arrested for felony burglary | KNIA KRLS Radio – The one to count on








































A Knoxville woman was arrested on felony burglary charges Monday.

According to court records, Knoxville officers were dispatched to 709 Streeter St. around 2:57 a.m. Monday in regards to Suzette Oldham, a Knoxville resident, who was at the residence and had caused a scene. Officers arrived and were informed that Suzette had entered the residence without the owner's permission. The homeowner described Oldham as entering his residence while he was inside. From inside the residence, Oldham took food, produce, and a landline telephone without permission. Oldham then left the residence and was found carrying food and produce. The phone was later discovered. Oldham had previously been banned from owning this residence.

Oldham was arrested and charged with second-degree burglary, a class B felony. Oldham is also charged with fifth-degree theft, fifth-degree criminal mischief, public drunkenness and trespassing. Oldham is being held in the Marion County Jail on $30,000 bail.
