Knoxville man arrested for sexual abuse of minor | Radio KNIA KRLS

A Knoxville man was arrested Friday on charges of sexual abuse of a child.

According to court records, Joel Gullion, 46, of Knoxville, allegedly sexually assaulted a child in February 2021. The incident was investigated and the defendant was interviewed, where he admitted to the charges against him. Gullion was arrested for second-degree sexual abuse, a class B felony, and was booked into the Marion County Jail.
