Knife incident leads to murder charge | Texas

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Early Sunday morning, police responded to a stabbing in the 500 block of Taylor St. Officers found a 26-year-old male victim, who later died at the hospital.

The scene was secured and robbery detectives were called to assist. Officers located Ruben Castro Jr., 26, a few blocks away with non-life-threatening injuries. After medical treatment, Castro was interrogated and charged with murder.
