A Kissimmee Police Department officer was arrested after soliciting nude photos from a minor in exchange for payment, according to the Osceola County Sheriff's Office. Deputies said Dariel Quiles-Davilaw, 25, was assigned as an officer to the patrol division and was arrested. hired on March 8, 2021, but has now been relieved of duty. Deputies said they were notified by the Ninth Judicial Circuit State's Attorney's Office of a case involving a law enforcement officer who was soliciting a minor for nude photographs in exchange for payment. Detectives began investigating the allegations and, after meeting with the victim in the case and obtaining statements, were able to identify the suspect. Deputies said Quiles-Davilaw met the victim in October 2023 during a call for service. Detectives searched the social media accounts of both the victim and the suspect, where they were able to confirm that Quiles-Davilaw had pornographic photographs of the minor and evidence of payments and sexual conversations with the minor.
