Kentucky State Police search for missing baby, parents arrested

REYNOLDS STATION, Ky. – Kentucky State Police are working a case of a missing infant in Ohio County.

Officers said Thursday, June 6, that after responding to a welfare check and search warrant in Reynolds Station, Kentucky, they determined that 8-month-old Miya Tucker was missing.

The infant's mother, Tesla Tucker, 29, of Reynolds Station, was arrested and charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl), possession of drug paraphernalia and abandonment of a minor.

The father, Cage C. Rudd, 30, of Reynolds Station, was also arrested and charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl), first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia and abandonment. of a minor.

Both are being housed at the Daviess County Detention Center in Owensboro, Kentucky.

Miya Tucker is described as having brown hair and green eyes.

Police say she was last thought to be in her parents' custody, but she was not found during a welfare check.
