BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Kern County Sheriff's Office is asking for the community's help in gathering any information or vehicle surveillance video from a vehicle of interest in the investigation into Ana's disappearance Barbosa.

The office released photos Tuesday morning of a white GMC pickup truck from the late 1990s pulling a rusty trailer. The GMC was reported to be in the Lamont and Arvin area on May 7.

Anyone in the community with information or video footage of the vehicle is asked to call KCSO at 661-861-3110 or Detective Pucilowski at 661-391-7601, or Secret Witness at 661-322-4040.

Allegations of domestic violence and lack of money surround the case of the missing 53-year-old woman who has not been seen since May 6, according to Barbosa's family.

According to arrest warrants, family members said Barbosa had a history of domestic violence at the hands of her husband and had been saving money for two years to leave him. That money is now gone, a family member said.

Another set of warrants indicates that Barbosa owned an auto store and that her husband was searched by authorities on May 20. A vehicle parked in front of the Corner Shop Automotive Services on Norris Road was marked “Kern County Prosecutor's Forensic Sciences Division.”
