Kanye West battery investigation over alleged assault reportedly in limbo

While authorities were investigating Kanye West for alleged battery, it appears things are now going to be more complicated to get to the bottom of the matter. Moreover, TMZ reportedly spoke to police sources about the matter, who revealed that everyone involved in the debacle was missing in action. Specifically, neither twin brothers Mark and Jonnie Houston nor Ye himself would have ignored authorities' request to cooperate with the case so that it could move forward. For those who don't know, the Chicago artist is accused of assaulting one of the two after they allegedly sexually assaulted his wife, Bianca Censori.

Additionally, this all happened at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles last April and was the subject of intense scrutiny from law enforcement. Despite claims from Kanye West's camp, authorities found no evidence of Bianca Censori being assaulted by either of the Houston twins when they checked security camera footage. For what it's worth, law enforcement is hoping all this means both sides were able to resolve the issue privately. Apparently, there just isn't enough in the case to take it to the Los Angeles City Attorney's office.
