JSO searching for missing 3-year-old last seen with an adult

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is currently searching for a 3-year-old missing child who was last seen with an adult.

Noah G. Hayes was reported missing by relatives on Sunday, June 30, and was last seen with Jasmine S. Graham, an adult.

Graham is driving a 2020 white Kia Sportage with a Florida license plate “05D WTI”.

The car has a white sticker on the lower right corner of the rear window.

JSO is asking for assistance in locating and verifying his and Graham's safety.

The child has been identified as:

Age: 3

Race/Sex: Black/Male

Height/Weight: 3’0”/60 lbs.

Eyes/Hair: Brown/Black

The accompanied adult has been identified as:

Name: Jasmine Shannelle Graham

Age: 31

Race/Sex: Black/Female

Height/Weight: 5’9”/230 lbs.

Eyes/Hair: Brown/Black

Vehicle: 2020 White Kia Sportage
