Bensalem police believe many other victims have not been identified.

“It's extremely concerning. I'm a father myself, like many of us. You have to be vigilant. Look at those phones and see what they're doing,” said Bensalem Public Safety Director William McVey at Action News.

In January, Bensalem police said they received information about the Snapchat account “jack_goodric” being involved in the sexual extortion of a 15-year-old girl. Through their investigation, it was determined that Brodecki was the creator and user of the account.

Officials say Brodecki used the account to pose as a college- or high-school-aged boy and managed to convince the 15-year-old girl to send him sexually explicit photos and videos.

When the 15-year-old victim attempted to break off contact with Brodecki, he allegedly threatened to publicly post explicit content from her.

Through further investigation, detectives said they were able to identify additional victims who interacted with the “jack_goodric” account.

Investigators say in all cases, Brodecki was “adding” these girls on Snapchat and presenting himself as a teenager. He would then ask the girls to take and send him sexually explicit images, which many victims did.

Brodecki also allegedly sent sexually explicit images to the victims.

At least one of the victims, a 13-year-old girl, was sexually extorted by Brodecki, according to investigators. Brodecki also allegedly threatened to find and rape her, as well as publicly post explicit images of her.

“The most extreme threat he had was physical harm. He explained that he knew where she lived and that he would show up and rape her. And you can imagine what a 13-14 year old girl would do would think with that kind of threat,” McVey added.

Brodecki committed his alleged crimes outside his parents' home, in the 3200 block of Moore Avenue in Bensalem, late last year and early 2024.

No one answered the door at the house Friday.

Several electronic devices were seized from Brodecki's residence during a search warrant in March 2024. It was discovered during a forensic examination that Brodecki had also used a fictitious Instagram account for the same illegal purposes, reports said. those responsible.

“Brodecki admitted to his illness. He admitted to victimizing these women and admitted that there were other victims that we didn't know about,” McVey said.

Brodecki was charged with nine counts of child sexual abuse, two counts of extortion/distribution of images, nine counts of child sexual abuse and possession of child pornography , as well as 14 counts of unlawful contact with a minor. He also faces several charges for disseminating obscene and sexual material to minors, corruption of minors, terroristic threats and criminal harassment.

He is being held at the Bucks County Correctional Center on $5 million bail.

Earlier this month, Pauline Stuart sat down with Chad Pradelli for his investigation into the impact of sextortion.

Her son, Ryan Last, was a victim of financial sextortion.

After Ryan sent an explicit photo to someone he thought was a teenage girl, the criminals demanded money. He ended up committing suicide.

“It started at 6 p.m. and at 2 a.m. he killed himself,” says Stuart.

Anyone who remembers being in contact with “jack_goodric” and other similar usernames on Snapchat or Instagram is asked to contact Detective Ryan Kolb of the Bensalem Township Police Department at (215)-633-3746 .
